Outsourcing of operation of infrastructure of service Mango Telecom virtual PBX

The project on rendering information and technology maintenance services of the equipment, infrastructure and information systems of a cloud service of OFFICE Mango started in October, 2015. The geography of the project covers 4 federal districts, 4 technology platforms of the customer in the cities: Tyumen, Ulyanovsk, Khabarovsk, Kaliningrad.

IT services within the project were rendered in two main directions:

• Support of infrastructure of data storage (technology support of servers and server hardware)
• Support of network equipment

Project Steps:

• In October, 2015 the agreement on cooperation on rendering services on the equipment of the Customer placed on 3 technology platforms of DPC of telecom operators in the following cities was signed: Tyumen, Khabarovsk, Ulyanovsk.
• In the spring of 2016 the number of platforms was expanded to the 4th, the geography of the project included Kaliningrad.
• Project deliverables for Mango Telecom LLC:

Guaranteed quality of services in all geography of the project from the uniform partner, transparency and controllability of operation, the high level of reaction and execution of incidents, the financial responsibility as guarantees of 99.9% of level of availability of service of the virtual PBX.
