Outsourcing of operation of information and technology equipment of retail network

The project for SK Trade started in 2013, and on this moment is implemented in the Far East, Ural, Siberian, Northwest, Central, Southern and Moscow regions. Within the project functions of operation of the equipment and the software of jobs, peripheral, office and printing equipment, network equipment, infrastructure of data storage, a retail store equipment were transferred on outsourcing:

• Support more than 1000 users and more than 5000 items of equipment
• Ensuring continuous work of 100 supermarkets

Project Steps:

• In October, 2013 between JSC NVBS and SK Trade LLC the agreement on transfer of function of operation of the equipment and the software of retail network "Snow Queen" in the Moscow region was signed.
• In October, 2015 the region of provision of services was expanded to the territory of all Russian Federation.

Project deliverables for SK Trade LLC:

The professional management of IT infrastructure using the third-party company guaranteeing high quality of services in all territory of the country allowed to ensure smooth operation of the equipment, stable work of employees, high controllability of all project. The project had a positive impact on capitalization of the Company through:

• Instant expense reduction for more than 25% of economy of operating costs for the transferred function
• Increase in transparency of expenses
• Decrease in a downtime of trade process by 23% due to minimization of terms of elimination of incidents on critical retail and network equipment
