Outsourcing of complex support of the equipment and infrastructure of retail network "Tehnosila"

The project on maintenance of the equipment of jobs and the cash equipment, the printing and scanning systems, networks and infrastructure of data storage, the systems of telephony was started on December 1, 2013. The geography of the project contained more than 100 distributed objects of shops of the Central, Northwest, Volga, Southern, Ural and Siberian region of Russia. Ensuring continuous work of information and technology equipment of shops, rendering consulting support to personnel, ensuring timely opening, migrations, closings of objects of retail network became a task of JSC NVBS.

IT services within the project were rendered in five directions:

  • Scheduling services
  • Support of PTK of data storage
  • Support of PTK LVS
  • Services of jobs, peripheral and office equipment
  • Support of the systems of telephony

Project Steps: The project was implemented in two stages. At the first stage the task to come to the quality objective of services in 3 months of work was set. The second, main stage, provided reaching the level of service not less than 95%, including 99% on critical Customer's equipment for business.

Results for Servistreyd LLC:

Significant economy at transfer of IT operation to outsourcing, without any degradation of quality of services became the main "classical" result for the Customer. According to the parties, expenses of the company were cut down up to 40% during the different periods of the project. Besides:

  • Speed of recovery of the equipment in heavy and remote regions was increased
  • Consulting support at the expense of resources of service company is strengthened
  • The competence center on remote administration (1 line) is created
  • Are provided with continuous work of 86 supermarkets and points of issue of the Customer
  • Support more than 2500 users and more than 15000 items of equipment is implemented
