"BARS. The electronic commission on affairs of minors" gives opportunities for optimization of a state administration.

The software product allows to create and maintain the single database about unsuccessful minors or families in the territory of administrative education which need special control of authorities, internal affairs, guardianship and guardianship, education and health care, to perform monitoring of the held preventive events, to react quickly to the arising crisis situations.

2017: Announcement

On August 3 the BARS GROUP company announced an output to the market of a product for the education industry "BARS. Electronic commission on affairs of minors".

The information system is created with the purpose to optimize quality of work of all organizations for implementation of policy of the Russian Federation in the field of protection of the rights of minors, to prevention of neglect and offenses and also control of dysfunctional families and children.

We work at the market of regional informatization of education long ago and well we know customers needs. In a work progress there was an understanding that the regional commissions on affairs of minors have a need for automation of their activity. They as collegiate organs of a system of prevention of neglect and offenses of minors integrate in the structure a large number of participants from different departments. An electronic system will allow to facilitate their interaction. Advantage of our solution is that it cloud and does not require big additional finance and resource costs — Alexander Polukhin, the deputy CEO of BARS GROUP told.
