Content

On August 1 the Eastwind company announced implementation in network of Kazakhstan Beeline operator of the solution for filtering of calls and messages.

Choosing a Solution

The KAR-Tel operator working in the republic under the Beeline brand the main requirement to a system set customizability of service. Eastwind provided on the tender the product — the full-fledged instrument of filtering of the outbound and incoming traffic Call Filtering. According to vendor, the solution is capable to solve the task set by Beeline Kazakhstan and to open additional opportunities for service development for the operator.

Testing

For August 1, 2017 service already works in KAR-Tel network in the test mode — the staff of the company uses service. Upon termination of testing the product will be officially started for users.

Opportunities for clients

Having connected service, the Kazakhstan subscribers will be able to create up to four groups of phone numbers: sort in "black" and "white" lists as entering, and the outbound traffic by each channel.

Subscribers of Beeline Kazakhstan will also be able to manage individual preferences through mobile application "my Beeline". Except the application, Call Filtering supports multi-channel abilities to manage by service from the subscriber: USSD, SMS, IVR, web office, Call center.

Our solution is a personal network barrier of the client — Anton Ageev, the head of department of computer-integrated telephony of Eastwind told. — Thanks to a system the subscriber can thinly configure rules of interaction with the contacts. It is individual approach to filtering of the SMS and voice traffic which any operator will not be able to provide an antispam protection, configured on general options.
