On August 7, 2017 Technologies of the Futures announced that the Oriflame company (Oriflame) addressed system provider of management of an electronic queue of NeuroniQ again.

Project Progress

When choosing the supplier of the solution special attention in Oriflame was paid to reputation of the company, functionality of a system and appearance of the equipment.

The first office on Usachev Street began to perform acceptance of visitors as an electronic queue in September, 2016. After successfully implemented pilot project the decision on implementation of an electronic queue of NeuroniQ on the following object was made.

Within the project the intelligent system of NeuroniQ equipped the second service center "Sokol" of Oriflame company.

Implementation Results

At office on the Falcon the basic equipment of a system with the equipment on 6 jobs is set. For ensuring effective process of work ample opportunities of an electronic queue were used. So, for example, creation of a flexible system of prioritization at service of visitors was stipulated in advance that assumes use of special identification numbers for VIP clients.

In addition, the intelligent system of NeuroniQ at office Oriflame is multilingual. The menu, the voice notification and printing of information on coupons is performed in the Russian and English languages.
