West Concept and "Ilim Timber Indastri" signed the agreement on service maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Earlier the company management made the decision on creation of the uniform automated settlement financial center in which the entering and outgoing financial flows of the companies, the general reference books on all organization will be centralized and the single system of financial statements is implemented. The project was implemented by forces of specialists of West Concept company based on the product Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

The West Concept holding and Ilim Timber Indastri company signed in August, 2011 the agreement on service maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system implemented earlier for a period of one year with a possibility of automatic prolongation. Within the contract the customer, among other things, will receive services in user training, setup and administration of a system.

Having received a system with an open architecture and an opportunity to independently connect to it new jobs and new branches, the Ilim Timber Indastri company made the decision on independent service. After a while it became clear that in dynamic conditions of a modern business environment implementation of support of a system at the level which economic reasonablly to provide by means of outsourcing, but not by own forces of the company is required.
