The Trueconf VIDEOCONFERENCING system did not get accustomed at the enterprise of Rosatom. Implementation ended with court

2017: Court with Trueconf

In July, 2017 the Arbitration court of Moscow appointed to judicial proceedings business on the claim Atomenergomash, Rosatom which is a part, to Trueconf company. The customer requires from the VKS developer to pay about 2.4 million rubles.

Atomenergomash told TAdviser that the claim is caused by incomplete obligation fulfillment of the partner on supply of equipment for needs of their company. In Atomenergomash refrained from further explanations.

Trueconf told TAdviser that trial concerns delivery of the VKS server for the VKS system Atomenergomash. Tender according to the results of which Trueconf was selected by his supplier took place in 2016 (a detail of tender and the contract - in the block below).

Last year we won competition, having offered the best price. At the very beginning of this year we delivered the solution in Atomenergomash, and it completely meets requirements, - the representative of Trueconf noted in a conversation with TAdviser.

Earlier created VKS system in Atomenergomash is based on solutions of different foreign producers

Trueconf notes that in fact the customer refuses to make the delivered decision and tries to threaten with a penalty. At the same time, the representative of Trueconf specifies, in the claim Atomenergomash tries to refer to the clause providing payment of a penalty by the contractor in case of refusal the last from accomplishment of the obligations. At the same time, penalty conditions on this point did not come as the company executed a contract supply, the representative of Trueconf notes.

Debt collection is an error of lawyers of the customer as this collecting can be made only in case of our failure from the agreement. We did not refuse the agreement and honesty performed it, - the representative of Trueconf explained TAdviser.

The source well familiar with the project course assumes that some staff of Atomenergomash waited that other company will win and refuse to make the decision Trueconf. The interlocutor of TAdviser considers that Atomenergomash filed a lawsuit to restart tender: without termination of the current agreement, according to internal documents of the customer, it has no opportunity it to make, he notes.

2016: Signing of the contract with Trueconf

In December, 2016 Atomenergomash according to the results of an open competition signed the agreement on upgrade of the VKS system with^[1]. From the supplier delivery of the server, the software of VKS, execution of works on implementation and technical support for five-year term was required.

Earlier created VKS system in Atomenergomash is based on solutions of different foreign producers. It was specified in technical requirements that the deliverable VIDEOCONFERENCING server should be compatible to equipment rooms and software tools VIDEOCONFERENCING and telephony of Polycom, Siemens, Cisco, Avaya, LifeSize, Tandberg.

The starting price of the contract was about 25.4 million rubles. In addition to Trueconf Yunitsolyushns Trading House, OFT Computers and Inlayn MSP companies participated in tender. From all participants of Trueconf as much as possible bate down the starting price of biddings - to 7.48 million rubles. At this price with it the contract was also signed.
