Rossoyuzspas connected the multichannel landline number and the virtual PBX

On August 9, 2017 the MCN Telecom company announced providing to the All-Russian public organization "Russian Union of Rescuers" the multichannel landline number and the virtual PBX, is free and termless.

The residents of Russia who appeared in emergency can call by additional multichannel number 8-499-68-51-112 to the headquarters of the voluntary organization "Rossoyuzspas".

The specialist of the organization can obtain information on location of the victim for formation effective the action plan.

Using FMC technology the rescuers acting out of the headquarters of Rossoyuzspas will stay in touch with colleagues, making calls by short numbers from mobile devices.

The main advantage of the accepted innovation, consists that it will be possible to announce emergency in rescue division is not dependent on that, there are rescuers-volunteers near stationary phone or not. At the same time, the call can be performed by uniform number of service operational and on duty of the Russian public specialized rescue group, and further this call will be processed and readdressed on the reacting division. Therefore the opportunities given us in the field of communication and informing on emergency, will become even wider in the nearest future: volunteers ROSSOYUZSPASA will obtain most quickly data, conveniently and quickly to process them, and then as soon as possible and more pointwise and purposefully to readdress the arrived urgent calls. In our case it is important that the similar algorithm worked qualitatively and effectively, reducing risks for victims in different regions. It is sure that, thanks to an innovation, we will manage to move apart borders of possible considerably: response to messages about emergency will be performed more quickly, and work of our volunteers will become more mobile.
