My BeeStore is mobile application for the staff of sales offices Beeline.

On August 9, 2017 the VimpelCom company announced start of mobile application for the staff of sales offices – My BeeStore.

Subscribers Beeline - individuals of the pre-paid and credited rates of rates at the appeal to sales offices will receive more personalized offers from the company taking into account a profile of consumption of services. The application allows to service subscribers, without departing from a show-window:

  • replace a rate,
  • connect or disconnect additional services,
  • compare and pick up goods for different parameters,
  • order a courier delivery
  • other.

The My BeeStore application is started in monobranded salons "Beeline" across all Russia.

Using My BeeStore are available to the employee of sales office:

  • condition monitoring of the account of the subscriber;
  • viewing the operating rate;
  • monitoring of the connected services;
  • change of a rate;
  • connection or shutdown dopuslug.

Authentication of the subscriber is carried out by the one-time password: the employee enters the phone number of the subscriber in the application, to the subscriber the request for authorization comes and after its confirmation to the subscriber the single password which the subscriber shows to the employee comes. Then the employee enters the password into the application and gets data access of the subscriber. The procedure provides security of personal data of the subscriber Beeline.

My BeeStore allows to look for and compare smartphones, tablets and accessories by different parameters: prices, existence in shop, color, performance, etc. It is possible to specify existence of goods in sales office and, if necessary, to reserve it in other point or to order through online store with a courier delivery.

Mobile application helps employees to be trained, obligatory for all staff of sales offices – it provides access to the system of distance learning of the corporate university "Beeline", training courses, monthly testing.

We know that each subscriber is unique – for this reason we developed the application analyzing a profile of consumption of services of the subscriber and on the basis of it offering relevant and relevant to it services. Also for us it is important to be technological not only for our subscribers, but also for our employees – the application simplifies their work and brings interaction with subscribers to qualitative level.
