The solution "Tanais Price" allows to automate loading process of price lists of suppliers in corporate base and to simplify the procedure of work with commodity proposals of suppliers.
A system allows to load and process automatically the files of different structure received from suppliers including received in archives. Files can be a source of obtaining information:
- stored on the computer;
- from a local network;
- downloaded on the Internet (including processing of HTML pages);
- e-mail investments.
It is possible to load separate price types from the entering files into information base, a remaining balance of suppliers on separate storage locations (in the presence of this information in the entering files). For acceleration of the repeating work on the analysis of proposals of suppliers storage of profiles of settings, replenishment of the reference book of goods items of suppliers, search of the duplicated positions is provided.
Using a system it is possible to automate completely processing of commodity offers offers on the schedule. At the same time it will be possible not only to browse results, but also if necessary to modify. In addition, use of the algorithms and calculations set in setup of fields at synchronization of a price with the reference book the nomenclature is available. An opportunity is implemented both for semi-automated, and for completely automated processing. Besides, it is possible to configure filtering of the entering these suppliers.

The Tanais Price system can be built in configurations "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade management" edition 10 and 11. The solution is recommended for sharing with the Tanais Parsing and Tanais Pricing systems.
