Tanais: The connector to EIS and ETP

"Tanais. The connector to EIS and ETP" — the technical solution which is closely integrated with the module "Directum: Purchase management" and allowing to publish automatically all necessary documents on the website www.zakupki.gov.ru directly from the Directum system at each stage of purchasing activity.

In addition, the solution is integrated with a number of the electronic marketplaces (EM) and allows directly from the Directum system:

• Publish documentation on the purchases which are carried out electronically on ETP;
• Collect with ETP of the application for participation in procurement procedures from suppliers and publish protocols of assessment of requests for ETP;
• Transfer to ETP of data on the signed contracts.

The used technologies

The connector is implemented in the form of web service with which the solution "Directum interacts: Purchase management".

Connection to electronic marketplaces and the www.zakupki.gov.ru portal is performed by means of plug-ins. Each separate plug-in is responsible for converting of XML file created in Directum, in a format of data of the specific platform. The format of data unified is also described for each of tasks, for example, the publication of purchase, the publication of the agreement on purchase, etc. in advance.

Before sending to the platform the connector carries out obligatory verification of data. Information provided from a system should correspond to data schemes which are provided in advance. If the client gives xml, something different from the approved scheme, then at a verification stage a system will detect it and will return back with information on an error.

Externally, from the point of view of the user, practically nothing changes, i.e. he continues to work in already usual interface. Preparation of purchase for the publication comes down to filling of necessary fields of a card and attachment of required documents.

On the Main tab date of placement is selected, the short description of purchase is added, the organizer and the commission on purchases and also a method of purchase and ETP on which it will be published is specified. At this stage purchase lots are also added.

Then the specialist consistently fills out necessary information in the Placement Order, Documentation and Publication tabs.

When all necessary fields are filled, it is necessary only to click "Publish". A system will make all other work on the publication. In case of incorrect filling of information or emergence of any difficulties with the publication of purchase, a system will send the notification.

After placement of the document on the platform the sender will receive appropriated to the document ID according to which the document can always be found in a system.
