Rosstandart reduces dependence on foreign software in office-work

2020: An opportunity for work through the web client

On May 26, 2020 Digital Design reported that employees Rosstandart can work in the web client now electronic document management systems that is convenient in terms of the user interface, a possibility of a preview of documents and the principles of grouping data. The web client ensures functioning under control of client OS Linux (it is included in Unified register of the Russian programs for a computer and DB) and Microsoft Windows.

In addition to the main changes with which the client will interact we executed a number of works, "invisible" to the employees, – servers and a system are updated. It meant setup of all completions and integration executed earlier for us, told Andrey Arapov, the manager of projects of the direction of the systems of documentary management Digital Design.

For May 26, 2020 in SDU integration with other information systems of Rosstandart is configured: portal, public reception, publication of orders. Thanks to such integration employees can interact with the general interface and work in a common information space.

Our employees use the system of documentary management Priority since 2016, and it considerably simplified process of communication in the agency, helped to systematize processing of documentation. When planning further development of a system we try not only to correspond to the general recommendations, but also to foresee trends as, for example, in the field of import substitution, noted Maria Pishchulina, the head of department of administrative work and external relations of Rosstandart.
