The described project Pharmstandard-Leksredstva was not a just separate technical task "select-purchase-set-configure", but was a part of the big project on automation system implementation on Pharmstandard Group in general. Execution of the project was complicated by deadlines and an input in the project as "pilot" for future implementations - without an opportunity to find time for preparation initial terms of reference. Many nuances were studied together with the contractor in the course of implementation, different corrections were repeatedly made. Now, after time, I can tell that thanks to responsibility and professional qualities of SINTO Group and also joint harmonious work of the parties - we managed to achieve the planned result.
