On August 23, 2017 the Gendalf company announced implementation of electronic archive in the AMADA group, the international producer of the metal-cutting equipment.

The project is implemented in the Russian branch of group — AMADA LLC — based on the solution "Scan Archive", developed by Gendalf company.

Project Progress

AMADA constantly expands the production capacities, and that it is unceasing to go forward, the management implements the modern software for control of business processes of the enterprise. So, in 2017 for document management up to 6 thousand copies a year the Russian branch of the Japanese concern passed to electronic archive. In AMADA LLC the Scan Archive program was implemented.

All paper documents for the previous 2016 were transferred to "Scan Archive", further documents began to be transferred to an electronic form at once when receiving.

Project Results

As a result of implementation of the Scan Archive program of operation on the translation of documents in an electronic form are performed by one employee of AMADA: it scans documents then "Scan Archive" will recognize details or barcodes and attaches the scan copy to 1C.

Any document can be unloaded for couple of clicks of a mouse, and all documents which are not returned by partners are marked in base in color. As of August, 2017, number of partners at the enterprise — from 500 thousand: suppliers from such countries as Japan, France, Germany, Austria.

As the logistics specialist of AMADA LLC Mikhail Zhitnik told, to "Scan Archive" it was difficult to control what documents are not present and as in time they return, it was difficult to make the reporting. Now it is convenient to trace documentation which did not come all scans of documents near at hand. The program copes with tasks which needed to be solved. Its basic function — archive in electronic form and continuous access to information on documents.

On a response of the customer, online access to data was got by all staff of divisions of accounting and sales.
