United Instrument Manufacturing Corporation (UIMC) (UniData Platform of Data Management)

In 2016 in United Instrument Manufacturing Corporation (UIMC) the project on creation of the model of a management system of NSI within project implementation "The Network Integrated Settlement and Information Managing System" (NISIMS) — the centralized control system of purchases of a MIC was executed. The supplier of the solution the UniData company, as integrator — Taskdata company acted.

Nature of activity of the customer

United Instrument Manufacturing Corporation is created in March, 2014 as a part of State Corporation Rostec as specialized management company under the auspices of which scientific and production structures of the radio-electronic industry of Russia are integrated. A strategic objective of corporation — the organization of high technology production of competitive products in the field of systems and means of communication, automated control systems, the radio-electronic fight and robotic complexes meeting requirements of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and other special formations and also the competitive products of civil and dual purpose having the high export potential.

Project Progress

During the first project phase (1 quarter 2016) the platform of data management "UniData" of version 3.5 was implemented. During the second phase (the 2nd quarter 2016) migration on the version of platform 3.8 was executed.

Double-sided integration of the UniData platform with a management system for purchases of a MIC (SIRIUS) is implemented. Cooperation of the platform with an external system in an asynchronous mode is also established. For management of queues RabbitMQ is used.

Project Results

The customer uses the following functionality of the UniData platform:

• Utility of package loading;
• Module of standardization and cleaning;
• Module of consolidation of records;
• Synchronization of the all-Russian qualifiers with the website zakupki.gov.ru;
• Maintaining the reference register of suppliers of a MIC, identification and elimination of duplicates for residents and not residents of the Russian Federation.
