Lenin Museum in the Kurortny District of St. Petersburg by order of Kurortenergo JSC. The project was implemented by JSC "VOLS-OL Management."

Project objectives

The main objective of the project is the introduction of a telemechanics system for remote monitoring and automated control of lighting modes depending on the time of day, which provides significant savings in electricity.

The contractor was JSC "VOLS-VL Management" in a technological partnership with the RBS-Telecom group of companies.

Design, survey and construction and installation works were carried out with the installation of galvanized supports and street lighting kiosks with telemechanics, laying of 0.4 kV cable lines. The total length of the route is 4.7 km.

When creating an outdoor lighting line, industrial LED lamps were used, providing monthly savings of up to 63% compared to conventional gas discharge lamps. The peculiarity of the project is the introduction of an automated telemechanics system. It performs remote measurement of voltage, accounting of consumed electricity, remote control of switching equipment and control of alarm and alarm system. Communication with the control center is implemented via the main and standby communication channels.
