"Auchan Russia" automates internal audit of retail network based on SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

SAP CIS and "Auchan Russia" was announced on August 28, 2017 start of an implementation project of a cloud solution of SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer for process automation of internal audit of 100 hypermarkets and 200 supermarkets of network. The CLine company will act as the partner in implementation.

Project Tasks

Project objective — increase in efficiency of a command of audit and also control and quality of the services provided to buyers, goods through process automation of audit of shops which will allow to receive operational analytics on all network. Based on the SAP solution Hybris Cloud for Customer it is going to create the system of carrying out audits of retail chain stores — uniform data source in a cloud where results will be kept: questionnaires, photoreports, information on the audited points, the planned checks, etc. It will be available as on desktop computers, and mobile devices, in online and offline modes.

The auditor of shop will be able to enter information on predeterminated in the solution the check sheets for specific check, using the tablet or the mobile phone. The photo and video will be automatically attached by one click, and use of speech recognition of mobile devices will allow to enter comments and the accompanying text quicker. Also the solution will allow to work with a geolocation and to define an optimal route of accomplishment of visits of auditors.

The absence in our company of specialized IT solution did not allow us to improve effectiveness of carrying out internal audits and complicated coordination of work between services. We calculate that the SAP solution Hybris Cloud for Customer will become for us the simple and clear tool allowing to optimize work of employees, product quality, service and also to improve the different services provided to our buyers — Irina Dolgusheva, the director of the department of internal audit "Auchan Russia" said.

With the SAP solution Hybris Cloud for Customer it is possible to perform a broad spectrum of the functions directed to providing the best consumer experience and increase in loyalty, in particular, to control work of merchandisers and the commodity calculation, expiration dates of products provided in shop, to analyze work of shop as "mystery shopping" and to compare to competitors of retail networks — Andrey Sharak, the deputy CEO of SAP CIS told.

It is the project, strategically important for us, and we are going to bring the solution into commercial operation in short terms: this year all department of internal audit of the company will already use a new system.
