Huawei SD-WAN is technology of the organization of centralized operation, monitoring of the equipment and communication channels.

On August 28, 2017 the Huawei company announced promotion on the market of SD-WAN technology.

Within SD-WAN technology (Software-Defined WAN) tasks are resolved:

• the dynamic choice of a way for a data stream according to requirements of applications and the current characteristics of channels;
• support of VPN and different types of enciphering;
• simplicity of integration with other WAN services (optimizers of traffic, firewalls etc.).

Implementation of the concept of SD-WAN is intended to simplify commissioning of the equipment, to lower operating costs of corporate data networks. Besides, the level of control of network due to centralized operation and monitoring of the equipment and communication channels considerably increases.

Everywhere the extended cloud computing changes a method of consumption of IT resources and, in particular, approaches to creation of infrastructure cardinally change: today it is focused on the speed and flexibility so that resources could be displaid in "production" in minutes, but not in days. And in this sense the concept "program opredelyaemosti" is suitable for implementation of modern network infrastructure as well as possible. For the last few years she received the embodiment regarding creation of the finished solutions for management of geographically distributed networks of data transmission - solutions of the class SD-WAN. Huawei proposes the solution SD-WAN capable to implement the concept of SDN for distributed networks and to provide Single Pane of Glass – the uniform, unified management console with diverse network infrastructure.
