The Caucasus national nature reserve of Shaposhnikov implemented EDMS "Thesis"

The Caucasus Biosphere Reserve of H.G. Shaposhnikov passed to electronic document management. On August 29, 2017 reported about it in Haulmont company. For automation the document management system and tasks Thesis was selected.

Project Results

Representatives of Caucasus Biosphere Reserve addressed us in the company with a problem of automation of process of registration of the entering, outgoing and internal documents. It was decided to automate for a start completely a workplace of the secretary then to be engaged in automation of other processes — the expert of department of sales of EDMS "Thesis" Pavel Rakhmetov told.

According to the results of demonstration of a system and discussion of the plan for its implementation the staff of Caucasus Biosphere Reserve stopped on the basic editorial office EDMS "Thesis". This edition includes the main functionality on work with tasks, documents and office and also integration with Microsoft Office and OpenOffice.

In June, 2017 a system was installed on the server hardware of the customer, were carried out deleted training of the administrator and users. As a result a system was transferred to commercial operation.
