Clover Group automated document flow based on DirectumRX

The Clover Group company, the developer of intelligent solutions for the industry, implemented the DirectumRX system. On August 29, 2017 the MiTek company which acted as the supplier of an ECM system reported about it.

The DirectumRX ECM system closed the key needs for the convenient instrument of corporate interaction and exchange of documents for employees from Russia and Europe.

Prerequisites

With growth of staff and increase in number of the Clover Group projects really working tool organizing processes of interaction and document flow of the company in uniform space was required. The DirectumRX system allowed to integrate work of specialists from any place in the world.

Choosing a Solution

We looked for the solution which would be easy, perspective and flexible. Something new that would not require long installation, purchase of expensive servers and software. At the same time had wide functionality and potential of independent completion under the current requirements of business. Project Results

With DirectumRX questions on transfer to an electronic format of processes of office-work were closed, the electronic archive of documents is organized, routes of approval of agreements are configured. For remote work the company purchased the Directum Jazz mobile solution.

In crayfish of the project jointly the functionality of a system was expanded specialists of Clover Group and MiTek. Routes of approval of business trips are in addition developed and automated, the CRM module is implemented, widgets with days of births of employees and clients of the company are developed.

The chat-bot Telegram which, addressing the DirectumRX database, allows to find necessary documents quickly is also configured. In the long term its opportunity it is going to expand and add function of search of contacts of employees.

From the global purposes of Clover Group — creation of "smart" DirectumRX. Creation of an ECM system on machine learning technologies of Clover IIoT will allow to approach differently questions of the organization of electronic document management in the company, the most part of works on which — document registration, preparation of resolutions and other — will be told to execution to the system.
