The new sensing technology of persons allowed New York to reveal 20 thousand criminals for 1.5 years

The technology promoted arrest more than 4 thousand people and to administrative punishment about 16 thousand violators of the law.

Innovations in the system of face recognition consisted in increase in quantity of points on which images from cameras are compared with the database of photos of citizens. By August, 2017 16 million pictures are loaded into base, and every day about 8 thousand new photos get there.

The software allows to impose images, to invert colors and  to transform images to  black-and-white to identify features of the particular person. Even if the criminal changed a hairstyle or put on glasses, he   will not be able to deceive the algorithm based on  artificial intelligence.
