In June 2017, Consid Technologies completed a project to automate the regional distribution center for electrical and technical materials of TD USEK in Novosibirsk, the logistics center of ETM.
The project was implemented in a class "A" distribution center. The warehouse complex with an area of 15 thousand square meters accommodates: 25 thousand pallet meters, including 300 pallet meters for floor storage, 9 thousand for shelf storage, as well as 8.5 thousand drums with cable products. There are 500 thousand nomenclature items (articles, batches, storage types). At the warehouse, 60 pallet meters are accepted per day, 20 thousand order lines are shipped per day. The mode of operation of the warehouse complex is 24x7.
Following the implementation of the Open Source HH.WMS solution, 95 employees of the distribution center became users of the WMS system.
