2024: Commissioning of an updated gas station for refueling of Gazprom Rework transport

At the Surgut ZSK, an updated gas station (gas station) was put into operation to refuel the transport of Gazprom Processing with motor fuel. At the station, 13 units of equipment can be refueled simultaneously, gas engine and diesel fuel, automobile gasoline AI-92 and AI-95 are available. NPF Krug announced this on January 20, 2025.

The filling station is equipped with an automatic control system (ACS of the filling station) based on the KRUG-2000 software and hardware (software and hardware) complex (PAK PTK KRUG-2000).

The system uses only Russian solutions and products. Two AWS operators operate under SCADA KRUG-2000 version 5.1 based on the Astra Linux operating system. TREI- 5B- 04 Standard controllers are selected as technical means. The information power of the system is about 1000 signals. In addition, data transfer to the enterprise management system via the OPC UA protocol is provided.

Main functions of gas station ACS:

  • process protection and interlocks
  • remote control of equipment
  • process control (receipt, storage and delivery of petroleum products and compressed natural gas)
  • information functions
  • Data archiving.

A deep degree of self-diagnostics in combination with a number of software and hardware solutions made it possible to implement complex control and control algorithms. Gas station ACS allows to provide operational personnel with complete information on the operation of the gas station in order to improve safety, efficiency and reliability of process control in normal and transient modes.

KRUG has performed engineering and commissioning works at the facility.

2017: Modernization of the stable condensate metering system

In August 2017, the Surgut Condensate Stabilization Plant named after V.S. Chernomyrdin (a branch of Gazprom Reprocessing) carried out another modernization of the stable condensate metering system under the control of the KRUG-2000 Software and Technical Complex (CAS KRUG-2000) as part of planned work on the audit, examination and maintenance of technological plants and facilities of the finished product shipment workshop. The metering unit is designed to measure the weight and quality characteristics of stable condensate injected into the trunk oil pipeline of Transneft-Siberia.

Project progress

During the project, the specialists of the NPF Krug updated the system and application software of the operators' AWS under the control of the integrated SCADA KRUG-2000, debugged the operation of the stable condensate metering algorithms, verification by the control mass meter in the real pumping mode, and also implemented remote shutdown of the SK fleet pumps from the control room of the acceptance and delivery point.

CICN No. 1100 of the Surgut ZSK on the basis of the CAS KRUG-2000 introduced in 2002. To bring the characteristics of the metering unit in line with the requirements of the newly introduced regulatory documents, its deep modernization was carried out in 2006.

According to the customer's feedback, the measures taken ensured the reliable operation of the equipment and its safe operation.
