The unified special software of "System-112" (USPO-112) was developed in 2015 by STC company of Proteas by request of Emercom of Russia. USPO-112 is intended for accomplishment of problems of "System-112" in the subjects of the Russian Federation, automation of work of uniform dispatching services on duty of the region, and is donated to regions to allow them to minimize costs for creation of "System-112".
Since December, 2016 USPO-112 is included into the register of the domestic software.
2017: USPO-112 was incompatible with the Russian OS
Within creation HSC "Safe city" the Irkutsk region is forced to use the import operating systems (OS) instead of the uniform services on duty and dispatching (USDD) of the region, domestic for automation, because of their incompatibility with the key functional software (S). It follows from documentation to purchase of complexes of the automation equipment for EDDS of municipal entities of the Irkutsk region within creation of Bezopasny gorod agrarian and industrial Complex placed in August, 2017[1].
