The Russian Capital bank transferred the RBS system of private clients to Correqts Retail

In September, 2017 the BSS company announced project completion on transfer of Russian Capital bank on the RBS system of private clients based on Correqts Retail of version 3.3. Implementation of Correqts Retail allowed bank to expand possibilities of remote service and to make him more attractive to clients.

Implementation Progress

According to BSS, the project was executed according to Agile that promoted achievement of high efficiency of processes and unity of a project team and also allowed to implement and customize a system at the scheduled time.

The combined team of specialists of BSS and Russian Capital bank executed completions of functionality of the Correqts Retail v system. 3.3 with the mobile client on the IOS and Android platforms, carried out integration with internal systems of bank: The core banking system "New Athena", OpenWay Way4 processing, external service for payment of services of Qiwi, the state automated systems GIS GMP and GIS of housing and public utilities. As the main integration engine "Standard Integration Solution" (SIS) of BSS company for fast and flexible configuration of routes between systems was used.

Project Results

The online bank of "The Russian capital" is constructed on the basis of Correqts Retail. In a project deliverable advanced functionality of a system, the interface became convenient and intuitive, mobile application for iOS and Android appeared. Remote services of money transfers, payments, opening and replenishment of deposits, opening of accounts, search and payment of charges and payments of GIS GMP and GIS of housing and public utilities, transfers about the card to the card are available to clients of bank.

About 20% of private clients of bank use the RBS system. Thanks to transition to a new technology platform, functional mobile applications and user-friendly interfaces we are going to increase this share significantly. The selected platform allows to implement the growing needs of our users and to correspond market trends — Angela Spokoynova, the Head of Department of retail business of Russian Capital bank said.

Objectives

The project on development of additional functionality proceeds: until the end of 2017 it is going to release a number of the updates of a system supporting the optimized services and also convenient functionality of repayment of the credits, p2p-transfers, etc.
