Content

On September 5, 2017 the Neoflex company announced project completion of automation of customer interaction, sales management, crediting and service of legal entities in TKB bank. Technology of implementation Suit CRM.

Project Tasks

After an input of Investtorgbank in the structure of group of TKB bank there was a problem of creation of the general business processes. TKB bank looked for the platform for reduction in cost of operation of a system, reduction of an implementation time, with a possibility of independent support.

In an analysis result of the provided technologies the bank stopped the choice on the SuiteCRM platform. The Neoflex company became the technology partner on project implementation.

Project Progress

Within the project business processes on 20 banking products are automated, work of 15 types of the approving services is organized, support of interaction with collegiate organs of bank is provided.

The done work allowed us to be painless process of integration of a system into the core banking system of bank and to offer our clients more operational terms of processing of their addresses. The project on transition to the SuiteCRM platform is executed by representatives of Neoflex in short terms taking into account the volume of the implemented functionality.

Project Results

Using the selected platform specialists of Neoflex implemented functionality as a part of several modules:

  • management of the customer base,
  • sales management,
  • management of crediting,
  • customer service management
  • management to processes of work with providing and pledges.

In addition to the listed modules a system has the additional mechanism of management of groups of the connected persons with the mechanism of visualization of communications. The bank had an opportunity to automate management of the product directory.

The executed project will allow us to offer in the future our clients from among the financial institutions an additional opportunity for operational problem solving connected with automation of service and crediting of the corporate block on the basis of opensource of the platform which already proved in international market.
