Syssoft Security Awareness

"System software" announced in September, 2017 creation of the Syssoft Security Awareness platform – a cloud service of personnel training of the companies to cyber security bases. Service of interactive training reveals in the company of the employees vulnerable to social engineering, and trains them not to open the letter with harmful content.

Syssoft Security Awareness allows to reduce risk of penetration malware (viruses-encoders, locks Windows, keyloggers) via corporate e-mail. Thanks to service the staff of the companies will be able to recognize the harmful letters from malefactors imitating messages from real partners with "important" headings, for example, "The reconciliation statement.", "Change of details.", "Your debt to bank …", "Verification of registration data".

Such letters contain investments when which opening there is an installation of the malware on the computer of the victim and, perhaps, its further distribution on a local network of the enterprise. In spite of the fact that this method of infection is known long ago, and many employees know that it is impossible to open investments in letters from unknown senders, the damage from similar threats continues to grow in the Russian companies.

The service carries out mailing of the test letters imitating letters with viruses, on in advance made list of employees (automatic import from the Active Directory is possible) then there is accounting of link navigations and opening of the attached files. Based on processing of this statistics the customer company identifies the employees who are not observing security measures for the subsequent their training in cyber security bases. After a while an inspection of learning efficiency by repeated periodic mailing of the "vrednosny" letters created on new templates is carried out (see a phishing).

On service it is possible to subscribe for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months. The price does not depend on number of employees. The price includes access to more than 20 rates on information security, the educational portal and a newsletter service. The customer company can also order single mailing with the analytical report. With a system several tens of templates of phishing letters are delivered, and their base constantly is replenished. Service can be integrated with a DLP system and a control system of working time.
