In SMED of Bashkortostan more than 8000 automated EDMS jobs

Online service of SMED "Region"

The partner of EOS Group company in Ufa the Medialux company developed the online service of SMED "REGION" intended for fast system deployment of interdepartmental interaction at the level of the region for public authorities of the Republic of Bashkortostan. One of components of SMED "REGION" – an electronic document management system "CASE" which is used by public authorities of Bashkortostan more than 6 years. In a partner network of EOS Group it is the first similar experience.

2017: 8000 automated EDMS jobs

The system of interdepartmental electronic document management of public authorities of the Republic of Bashkortostan (SMED OGV RB) based on EDMS "DELO" was put into commercial operation on June 1, 2011 according to the decree of the President of the Republic of Bashkortostan. For its work infrastructure is created, communication channels are organized, address reference books of mail servers form and updated. For summer of 2017 in the SMED OGV RB system more than 8000 automated EDMS jobs. According to plans, till 2018 7600 more state organizations should be connected to SMED OGV RB.

To increase a scope of potential clients, to lower a technology and financial threshold of an input for clients and also to reduce costs for administration counting on one client, the Medialux company developed based on EDMS "DELO" an online service for fast system deployment of interdepartmental interaction at the level of the region of SMED "REGION". The solution represents multicomponent development and is the next step in development of SMED OGV of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The project success was promoted by a possibility of use of EDMS "DELO" as one of elements of SMED "REGION": a system allowed to reproduce SMED in "cloud" with the ease maximum for solutions of the class.

Thanks to start of an online service of SMED "REGION" bodies regional the authorities of the republic Bashkortostan received a unified environment of interaction for the organizations of different level of training; advantages of EDMS and a cloud platform "in one"; fast scalability and possibility of mass connection of the organizations. There was an alternative allowing to save significantly the budget on implementation of EDMS with the SMED function. Economy is reached due to lack of need to incur expenses for the server hardware, the system technologists servicing EDMS in the organization and also specific data protection (separate communication channels and the electronic signature).

The СМЭД.РФ web portal as a uniform point of interdepartmental interaction at the level of the region performs document flow functions including legally significant. There is a registration of subscribers, generation of agreements, accounts and acts, control of payments and administration. To start connection to the system of SMED "REGION" it is enough to be registered on the СМЭД.РФ portal. Necessary agreements, agreements, accounts and acts are generated automatically.
