ITPS executed the infrastructure project for Samsung Engineering in Iraq

The ITPS Mid East company (enters into ITPS group) performed for Samsung Engineering works on creation of telecommunication systems and security systems within the project of arrangement of the oil field in Iraq. The complex project proceeded from 2013 to 2017.

During the project specialists of ITPS executed design, delivery and installation of equipment and also a commissioning of the following systems:

• trunking communication of the TETRA standard;
• telephone communication;
• wireless data transmission;
• notification and conference circuit;
• security and video surveillances;
• intrusion detections;
• access control;
• video conferencings;
• master clock systems;
• the structured cable network;
• entertaining television;
• meteorological system.

"In Russia there is more and more widespread such form of implementation of infrastructure projects as the EPC contract (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) at which the counteractor bears responsibility for accomplishment of all project, beginning from development of the sketch of the project and finishing with construction of facilities. In particular, the large oil and gas and chemical companies actively attract foreign licensees as EPC contractors. Such model of work allows to involve financing of projects from outside of counteractors on profitable terms, to optimize staff of the employees and gives some other advantages. At the same time foreign EPC contractors are interested in cooperation with reliable local partners who specialize in design and creation of IT infrastructure, security systems and production managements, and know features of the market, industry specifics.

The ITPS group has work experience in EPC projects regarding creation telecommunication and IT infrastructures, implementations of automated process control systems and the systems of physical security of objects. We execute a full stroke of works: creation of sets of the work documentation for a statement in state bodies, supply of equipment (if necessary), installation and a commissioning of all systems and services. In addition we offer an opportunity of carrying out complex integration testing of the implemented systems for the purpose of reduction of terms of start of objects. Specialists of ITPS have more than 300 certificates, diplomas and permissions to works in especially dangerous conditions and on remote objects.

Within the project of arrangement of the oil field in Iraq the ITPS group executed creation of failsafe infrastructure of telecommunication services and production systems of the "digital" field. Our company underwent qualification selection and tender procedures at all EPC contractors of the project (CPP, ENKA, Samsung Engineering, Techno Engineering) and was attracted as the system integrator. ITPS provided integration of all telecommunication and IT systems of infrastructure of the field which objects were built by different EPC contractors and also integration with corporate information systems of the operator of the field. On the field the end-to-end system of safety of personnel and objects of an asset is created".
