IT Capital automated administrative activity of Donkombank

In September, 2017 the IT Capital company announced project implementation on automation of administrative activity of Donkombank based on the software solution of 1C Company.

Product Selection

In 2015 Donkombank made the decision on system implementation of automation of administrative activity. After market research the bank stopped the choice on the drawing software product "1C: Administrative activity of bank" ("1S:AHD of bank") on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

The contractor of the project selected IT Capital company, being the author and the developer of the selected software product.

Implementation Progress

In work flow on the project the IT Capital company executed:

• key user training of bank regarding conducting intraeconomic accounting;
• formalization of requirements to adaptation of the standard solution;
• adaptation of the standard solution "1S:AHD of bank" under requirements of bank;
• transfer of necessary initial data;
• start of the adapted solution in commercial operation.

Project Results

The implementation project of an information system of process automation of intraeconomic accounting is complete. Using the implemented software product the following sections and business processes of bank are automated:

• Bank and cash desk
• Fixed asset accounting and intangible assets
• Stock accounting, stand-alone accounting
• Settlings with suppliers and contractors, settlings with advance holders
• Accounting of the VAT according to Paragraph 5 of Article 170 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation
• Procedural transactions
• Report forms

In the first quarter 2016 a system "1S:AHD of bank" is accepted in commercial operation, the term of implementation was 0.5 years.
