Content

On August 8, 2017 the ELMA company announced business process automation by "The leading utilizing company" based on the solution ELMA BPM Suite.

"The leading utilizing company" is the representative of the Russian processing industry. The company has the central office in Yekaterinburg, several production sites. Since 2013 the enterprise uses the ELMA system for business process automation.

At some point we thought that it is necessary to build a system on work with clients and to arrange internal processes. Five years ago I began to look for for this purpose specialized tools. Having been trained process management and the organization of a system of the company for Hubbard, I implemented technology, but at the level of "pieces of paper". Then the idea of process automation in the computer network came. We got acquainted with the ELMA tool and tested the demoversion (10 licenses). Since then, a system began to help us. We developed scenarios of business processes, programmed, tested different routes — Yury Aksenov, the director of VUK told.

Project Objectives

Main goals of an implementation project became:

  • structuring business processes;
  • competent distribution of workload of managers and secretaries;
  • customer management control optimization.

Implementation Progress

Having passed stages of analytics and setup of a system, the VUK command developed scenarios and tested different routes of business processes. Then they were implemented in BPMS.

Project Results

Each department of the company has own process: managers start process on utilization and service, the secretary — on sending mail, partners have separate process on signing of the contract. A system allowed to bring organizational order. Each employee collects statistics (on metrics and indicators) and uses a funnel of sales. Besides, documents of clients of the company are stored in ELMA, at all agreements the statuses are configured: for example, "SK" — the scan of the agreement, "ORDOG" — the original of the agreement.

Having implemented ELMA, we received the reliable database on clients with scans of all documents. We can keep track of the statuses of agreements — for example, SK (the scan of the agreement) or ORDOG (the original of the agreement is received). Each employee had statistics on processes, the configured funnel of sales. The KUB project which is responsible for automatic dissemination of data on all 650 websites of the company with unique content works — Yury Aksenov commented on project results. In general, according to him, ELMA completely carried out the tasks of optimization of document flow, customer interaction, work of managers set for it through load distribution.

In plans of company management — to complete integration of a system with the IP telephony so that each call of the manager was fixed and registered and also to continue optimization of the implemented processes of document flow and customer interaction.
