Verso of M (First BPM Form)

The Verso of M company started use of The First BPM Form system in April, 2017.

Within the project based on First Form were automated:

• Control block instructions
  • Setting and control of instructions;
  • Control of providing reports by employees on the executed instructions;
  • The reporting for the head under performing discipline.

• CRM block
  • Automation of a sales cycle;
  • Armoring of the apartment;
  • Preparation of agreements on templates;
  • Conclusion of the transaction and approval of the agreement;
  • Reflection of activities on clients (calls, meetings, requests from the website);
  • Processing of requests from the website and automatic problem definition to managers;
  • Accounting of planned and actual payments;
  • The current reporting in the form of widgets.

Integration with a 1C system (synchronization of the statuses of agreements, control of cash receipt from clients), with the IP telephony and the system of tracking of calls is implemented (for collection of information about advertizing sources).
