Puma implements The First Form BPM system

In the Puma company ("Puma-Rus") the project on system implementation "the First BPM Form" is implemented. The customer started use of a system in May, 2017.

Start of the project

The project started in October, 2016. At first "pilot" — loading of the daily reporting from shops of retail chain stores was implemented:

• Z-report
• Report on issuers
• Report on retail sales
• KM-6 (Report of the cash desk operator)
• The report of the cashier (Kass for)
• PKO
• PKO
• Commodity report
• Applications for return
• Goods receipt and TORG-13

The second stage

At the second stage planning process of business trips was automated:

• approval of the annual plan of business trips on all divisions;
• preparation of a business trip of the employee (armoring of tickets, accommodation and so forth), execution of related documents;
• financial statements and calculations according to the results of a business trip.

Project Development

As of September, 2017 the works on development of the project affecting the following processes are conducted:

• Contractual document flow;
• Financial document flow (approval of accounts);
• Personnel production + integration with 1C ZUP;
• Sales of wholesale department (preorders);
• Tasks and instructions;
• Service Desk.

A system is also going to start in the territory of Ukraine and Turkey.
