Evro-LEP (the First BPM Form)

In March, 2016 in Evro-LEP company the project on system implementation "the First BPM Form" came to the end.

As a basis for automation the "boxed" CRM solution of First Form was used. Processes of customer relations and conducting sales process were automated.

Then the solution was finished regarding maintaining customer orders, preparation of commercial offers and control of receivables. Depending on debt term a system automatically creates tasks — from a planned call or the letter to the client before preparation of an official claim and initiation of judicial proceedings.

Data on clients, orders (including their current status) and to payments are synchronized with a 1C system.
