Education

Pavel Bugaev was born on February 2, 1982 in the village of Karmelava of the Kaunas district of the Lithuanian SSR. In 2004 the analysis and audit graduated from Financial academy at the Government of the Russian Federation majoring in accounting.

Career

Since 2003 works in Rostelecom where there passed the way from the specialist of department of compensations and privileges to the director of work with personnel of subsidiary company JSC РТКомм.РУ.

From 2009 to 2011 worked in "РТКомм.РУ".

In 2011 returned to Rostelecom to a position of the associate director of department of compensations and privileges.

On September 12, 2017 the Rostelecom company announced position assignment of the associate director of macroregional branch — the director of organizational development and personnel management of MRF "South" of PJSC Rostelecom Pavel Bugaev.

Svetlana Litvyakova taking this position will continue work in the company as the director of the department of management of transactions. In this role it will focus on optimization of the existing HR processes and also support and adaptation of the projects implemented in the macroregion and the company.

Transformation of established practices in the field of personnel management will become the main objective of Pavel Bugaev: a project startup, the employees directed to increase in productivity with simultaneous increase in level of remuneration, increase in transparency of HR processes, building of effective vertical and horizontal communications, introduction of best practices from other macroregional branches and the corporate center of the company.
