In October, 2013 in Dmitrovsky Vegetables agroholding the project on system implementation First Form came to the end.

Project Tasks

Process of transition to automated management was initiated by group of heads of the different directions. The specifics of activity of agroholding do not allow all employees to spend much time at office therefore the system allowing to control in addition course of execution of instructions was necessary and always to stay in the know of what occurs on tasks.

Implementation Results

According to the results of the project a system at the enterprise is used by over 80 people in all departments: from production and purchases, to the secretariat and accounting. Setting and control of tasks, approval of agreements, requests is automated. In First Form the entering and outgoing correspondence is registered, there is a discussion and placement of orders.

Growth of performing discipline became the first result of use of a system. A system gives the chance to monitor accomplishment of assigned tasks and to control efficiency of use of working time.

Creation of unified corporate environment was our firm management decision. Considering seasonal specifics of our activity, it is not always possible to devote a lot of time to tracking of tasks. With First Form we began to see in what status of a task, where we have this or that document. It became possible to monitor quickly interactions, to find a source from where documents arrived. We continue to develop a system, we work on change of some routes, we see the potential for further optimization, − Evgenia Malinina, the business analyst, the assistant department head of IT of financial department of holding told.
