In August, 2016 in Glass Decor company the project on system implementation First Form came to the end. The customer started use of a system since January, 2015.
"The first Form" was implemented in the company for process control of sale of services to new clients. The main objective which was solved within implementation — the organization of joint work of sales departments, marketing and design and also department of production.
According to the results of the project the company management of Glass Dekor had an opportunity to quickly monitor loading of all divisions and to have access to the history of work with each client.
Integration with 1C and automation of project office became the next stage. In a year of full-scale operation of a system the module CRM (a funnel of sales, a development funnel) was in addition implemented.
