In October, 2011 at the Zircon Service enterprise the implementation project of The First Form system came to the end.

Prerequisites of the Project

Need of the organization of the simplified and accelerated electronic document management system became the main premises of implementation of First Form in the company. Under the influence of a human factor tasks were not always carried out in time, and documents in paper form could vanish long at different stages of approval.

Choosing a Solution

For the solution of a complex of business challenges the company selected the workflow system and automation of control of instructions First Form as systems capabilities allowed to resolve effectively arising issues: create an effective and transparent communication environment and also fix all tasks, terms and arrangements.

Project Results

According to the CEO of NPP Tsirkon Service Vladimir Lulayev, transition of the company to First Form in general positively influenced economy of the enterprise and customer interaction and suppliers. To zero loss of working documents is eliminated, time for routine transactions was considerably reduced. For 100% errors in a design which is conducted according to strict corporate regulations are eliminated. The performing discipline increased, failures to meet time constraints were reduced, there is no conflict situation left, any order without execution. Besides, emergence of monthly reports on accomplishment of the instructions created in First Form motivates employees.

There was an opportunity to delegate a part of the powers to assistants and deputies for release of free time on the solution of strategic tasks. It is possible to work in the machine and business trips — to issue instructions, to approve documents that often allows not to slow down workflows during absence — Vladimir Lulayev concluded.
