In October, 2013 in European Bearing Corporation the project on system implementation First Form came to the end.
Prerequisites of the Project
As premises to system implementation of business process automation insufficient, according to the management of corporation, extent of control of execution of instructions and also low speed of document management performed by e-mail and in the form of exchange of paper documents served.
Tasks to the employees were initially set by e-mail or orally that complicated the subsequent control of their execution. Daily in the company the approval about 10 new agreements which was taking place by e-mail or in paper form was initiated. Approval of requests for cash flow happened only in paper form, ensuring operational management required permanent presence at office of general and financial directors and also the chief accountant.
Project Progress
Within task management system implementation First Form in European Bearing Corporation was created the uniform corporate information system which provided processes of setting and control of execution of instructions and also electronic document management. Transition to task management in First Form allowed to refuse use for this purpose of e-mail, and heads of divisions received the convenient instrument of control of instructions, the analysis of the current loading and also automatic escalation of tasks.
Also within the project the block of integration of First Form since "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" 8.2 allowing to get within task management access to up-to-date information under agreements and settlement with partners is developed. Participants of approval had an opportunity to make decisions on the approved agreements and requests for payment 24 hours a day and, including, being out of office.
Project Results
According to representatives of EPK, automation of key business processes not just leads to an increase in labor productivity and management efficiency, but also demonstrates achievement of a considerable managerial and process maturity by the company.
In 2013 EPK is going to continue automation of the activity, transferring other processes and document flow to First Form.
