The business IT integrator RedSys and the companies IPmatika, OMMG Technology and VideoMost in September, 2017 submitted the concept of online communications for the system of capital education "to RS: Communication framework". The provided paradigm is designed to integrate in one information field of all participants of educational process: directors, teachers, pupils and parents and also representatives of bodies, higher over schools.
"RS: The communication framework" solves problems of operational communications. In vertical direction – from the head to the subordinate, providing control and speed of accomplishment of instructions. In horizontal direction – integrates participants of group in uniform space. So, the director can carry out from the workplace video conferences with teachers or communicate in video mode "in private". Pupils can be connected to occupations via the personal computer from the house in case of the admission of occupations. Teachers of the universities have a simple and convenient opportunity of carrying out open lessons for more than 10 thousand school students from all Russia. Parents participate in meetings remotely without need to come to school. All of them at the same time communicate in the special protected messenger integrated with the electronic journal.
