The SOTA system is used by the Glavgosstroynadzor of the Moscow region

SOTA became the first rule in the Russian Federation developed with direct participation of specialists of a gosstroynadzor and was completely adapted for key requirements of supervising departments. A system allows to automate work of department as much as possible: maintain a register of persons under surveillance of construction objects, create and process documents, run business of objects, perform operational monitoring and control completion dates of administrative procedures.

SOTA is the universal solution for bodies of construction supervision which can be set in any regional body of SN. A system considers all changes of the legislation, adapts under administrative regulations, can be integrated with other information systems which are used by department.

- Implementation of SOTA allowed to optimize, first of all, work of department and to reduce excessive temporary and labor costs. Before transition to a system all documents the Glavgosstroynadzor of MO took only in paper form in Territorial Office, there was no uniform format of accounting and maintaining documentation: the list of persons under surveillance of objects was kept in Excel, and for receiving up-to-date information on an object it was necessary to address to Territorial Office. Using SOTA we could solve these problems: today up-to-date information on objects is available online, activity of inspectors and completion dates of administrative procedures are strictly controlled, there is an opportunity to instantly create reports for work of department. Important result was also the fact that after implementation of SOTA terms of issue of the conclusions about compliance were cut by half – from 10 to 5 days.
