The MTsFER-consulting company developed industry solution for management company of port based on an end-to-end system of enterprise management of Microsoft Dynamics AX.

The developed add-on functional modules implement accounting and tax accounting according to the Russian standards; expanded personnel management and settlings with personnel; accounting of non-current assets; accounting of overalls and special tools; management of account payments (treasury); budget management and control; the CRM module optimized under problems of port.

The solution provides automation of primary activity of port as the transport hub rendering services in transfer of a load and the accompanying transactions of storage and accomplishment of handling works. Besides, a system allows to solve the standard problems facing management of the company such as increase in level of efficiency of obtaining information; detailing of planning of income and expenses to within the client and like a load; increase in depth of planning of budgets; possibility of carrying out plan-fact analysis; complete accounting of Inventories and transition to nomenclature planning; exact and operational planned cost calculation.

The solution allows to process the large volume of data and to consider features of business processes of the distributed activity of port, provides accounting of the export VAT by different techniques. The software product supports step-by-step implementation of business processes and can be integrated with the existing accounting systems in port for the organization of complexity of accounting and optimal transition to a new system.
