Based on Plant of a Power Supply municipal unitary enterprise the solution "Basic office-work and control of performing discipline" which includes was implemented:

1. Work with incoming documents:

• registration of incoming correspondence;
• registration of resolutions/instructions;
• setting of documents for control;
• tracking of history of correspondence;
• search of incoming documents.

2. Work with outgoing documents:

• registration of outgoing correspondence;
• tracking of communications between outgoing and incoming correspondence;
• search of outgoing documents.

3. Work with internal documents:

• registration and search of memos;
• registration and search of orders/orders/instructions;

4. Support of library of standard documents (support of existing):

• storage of letterheads;
• categorization and structurization of files;
• search of standard files.

5. Standard workplace of the employee

• Processing of the tasks coming on a system to a personal folder of employees;
