"ICL Sistemnye technologies" created engineering and network infrastructure of DPC for VNIIMS of Rosstandart

The company "ICL Sistemnye of technology" acted as the general contractor in project implementation on creation of the Data processing center for the All-Russian Research Institute of metrological service of Rosstandart.

According to representatives of the All-Russian Research Institute of metrological service (Federal State Unitary Enterprise VNIIMS), the DPC created within the project will support work of upgraded version of Federal information fund for ensuring unity of measurements (FIF of OEI).

Project Progress

Forces of specialists of the company "ICL Sistemnye of technology" carried out upgrade of internal corporate networks and implementation of the engineering systems of DPC. Installation of the IT equipment and transfer of computing resources of institute on the platform of own DPC will become the next stage.

Results of works

As of September, 2017, the first stage of creation of technical base is completed. As the contractor on design and creation of engineering and network infrastructure the company "ICL Sistemnye of technology" acted. The basis of the project was formed by solutions of Huawei company.

Thanks to the coordinated interaction of Huawei producer, the official distributor — Merlion company and teams of specialists "ICL Sistemnye of technology" we managed to reduce production time and supplies of equipment that, certainly, affected rates of implementation of the first stage of the project — Dmitry Marullin, the manager with key customers of the company "ICL Sistemnye of technology" said.

We received a basis for a data processing center in quite short terms — Alexander Shalaev, the deputy director for general issues of VNIIMS noted. — For our enterprise creation of own DPC is very important step. It will become a technology core for FIF of OEI and will ensure its reliable and smooth functioning.

According to the experts the companies "ICL Sistemnye of technology", taking into account the permanent growth of information volumes, there will be enough resources of a data processing center for ensuring work of FIF of OEI within the next five-eight years, without the need for accumulation of capacities and installation of the additional hardware.
