Gradproyekt implemented EDMS "Thesis"

The electronic document management system Thesis was implemented in Gradproyekt group, reported on September 18, 2017 in Haulmont company, the EDMS developer.

System Selection

For workflow automation the Gradproyekt company selected the standard editorial office EDMS "Thesis". The functionality of this edition allows to solve the classical problems connected with office-work and execution of instructions thanks to what the efficiency and efficiency of the made management decisions increases.

The mobile licenses opening an opportunity to work in a system from different portable devices taking into account their features were in addition purchased.

In the course of acquaintance to a system, interested the staff of Gradproyekt group that the standard solution has mechanisms for flexible configuration, namely — the designer of business processes and the designer of reports. As a result in a training course of the system administrator additional hours for detailed studying of these mechanisms were put — the manager with corporate clients of EDMS "Thesis" Valentin Astapov noted.

Trial operation

As of September 18, 2017, the document management system and tasks Thesis is at a stage of trial operation in Gradproyekt and prepares for transition to industrial.
