State Museum of A.S. Pushkin will repair the engineering systems: search of the contractor

The technical center of the Moscow Department of Culture acted as the customer of works on a partial overhaul of the engineering systems in State Museum of A.S. Pushkin. Carrying out repair was discussed on September 20, 2017 during public representation of a procurement procedure on the project site Exchange of biddings as which organizer the Department on competition policy of the city of Moscow acts.

The museum complex is located in a monument of architecture of the beginning of the 19th century therefore the companies having the license for work in the historical building will be allowed to participation in tender, the director of GKU "Technical Center of the Moscow Department of Culture" Alexey Baukin explained.

Prerequisites

According to Alexey Baukin, the engineering equipment in a complex of buildings was installed at the end of 1990. The engineering equipment providing necessary temperature moisture conditions in a complex completely developed the technical resource because of what it became difficult to support the parameters of internal air necessary for exposure work.

Duties of the contractor

The winner of competition with limited participation should make an overhaul of engineering networks in eight buildings to the address: Prechistenka Street, 12/2, buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9.

The contractor should perform repair and restoration works, repair ventilation systems, conditioning, the fire-fighting equipment and a water supply system.

Also in building No. 3 it is required to replace three elevators, and in building No. 1 — to install the modern systems of automatic closing of doors and an air skid.

Terms and cost of works

The total cost of works on the contract (the starting (maximum) price of the contract) is determined in the amount of 163 million rubles.

Repair of systems is going to be executed step by step. Work of the museum will stop for some time.

The contractor should perform works within seven months from the date of signing of the contract, having completed the project no later than December 31, 2018.
