Mosoblmedservice automated accounting

On September 20, 2017 the Computer programs company announced automation of work of department of accounting in State Budgetary Institution MU Mosoblmedservice. In the project the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 technology of edition 2 is used.

Project Tasks

After change of the status by the Mosoblmedservice unitary enterprise on state budgetary institution, transition on accounting accounting according to the plan of accounts of budgetary institutions was required.

On implementation of an information system, transfer of a remaining balance, integration into external programs and retraining of employees two months are allotted.

Before in Mosoblmedservice a system "was used by 1C: Bukhagalteriya of enterprise 8". Account of the movement of medicines in a warehouse is kept in the program on the 1C: Enterprise platform. For automation of budget accounting the solution "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8" of edition 2 is selected. The Computer programs company became the partner in implementation.

Project Progress

In view of limitation of time for system implementation, works on data transfer, initial setup of the database and user training are carried out in parallel.

In two months the staff of organization passed to work into 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8.

Project Results

• Work of accounting is organized according to regulating documents on accounting in budgetary institutions. In a system the regulated accounting and tax reporting and also the reporting under requests of the manager and different regulatory authorities is quickly prepared. Despite repeated increase in quantity of pharmaceutical points of the organization, accountant officers using a new system successfully cope with the increased quantity of accounting tasks. The number of the employees involved in accounting work was laid off, decreased by 20%.
• 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 is integrated with external systems of accounting of medicines, the warehouse program in which preferential medicines, and the specialized program for accounting of retail sales of medicines are considered. Data on movements of preferential and commercial medicines are quickly loaded into 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 from these programs. It allows to control work of both pharmaceutical points, and the organization in general, to analyze income, expenses, data on sales, profit, the VAT and other indicators of activity of divisions.
• Staff of planning department by means of a system controls obligation fulfillment under agreements, creates the plan of financial and economic activity and analyzes its execution.
• Work of dispatching service is optimized. Organization own transport delivers medications in pharmaceutical points, medical institutions and other pharmaceutical organizations of the Moscow region. The staff of dispatching service using a new system keeps operational accounting of vehicles, plans and controls work of drivers, quickly creates waybills.

With project completion operational report generation about the movement of preferential medications at the request of the Ministry of Health of the Moscow region and the supervising organizations is provided. The cost accounting on each pharmaceutical point is provided. The management had an opportunity to quickly estimate efficiency of drugstores.
