1C:Enterprise 8. Trade management alcoholic products

The industry solution "1C: Trade Management alcoholic products" is intended for automation of problems of operational accounting, the analysis and planning of transactions in wholesale and wholesale and retail trade by the alcoholic products including imported taking into account requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Main industry functionality of the program:

• Accounting of alcoholic batches by:
• storage location;
• special federal brand, excise stamp;
• date of pouring.
• Maintaining list of licenses and addresses of deliveries of the organizations and partners.
• Accounting of excises on the imported products.
• Storage of the scanned accompanying documentation to batches of alcoholic products and fast printing of a set of documents at shipment.
• The regulated industry reporting:
• Declarations on alcohol turnovers (Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 31.12. 2005 N858): N5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12 applications. Formation for printing and unloading in electronic form (the format is established by FSRAR);
• Statistical reporting (under resolutions of Rosstat): N1 alcohol form (wholesale), N1 alcohol (accounting);
• Integration with UTM Unified State Automated Information System:
• Request of reference books of the Unified State Automated Information System and comparison to the existing accounting items;
• Accounting of an operational remaining balance of the Unified State Automated Information System with a possibility of their updating according to the Unified State Automated Information System;
• Loading and formation of commodity-transport delivery notes of the Unified State Automated Information System;
• Loading and formation of acts to commodity-transport delivery notes of the Unified State Automated Information System;
• Formation of confirmations of acts to commodity-transport delivery notes of the Unified State Automated Information System;
• Formation of acts of setting on balance and acts of write-off of Unified State Automated Information System alcoholic products;
• Reflection of Unified State Automated Information System alcoholic products in operational accounting.

The "Trade Management Alcoholic Products" configuration is developed on the basis of a standard configuration "by 1C: Trade management", an edition 11.2 systems of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" with preserving of all main opportunities and mechanisms of this standard solution.

The software product is protected and contains the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user, has protection against unauthorized use. At the same time the principle of the maximum openness of the code for a possibility of adaptation of a product under needs of end users is implemented.
