Dopfinansirovaniye in the amount of 590 million rubles

On September 22, 2017 the Rostec State Corporation announced that it will select the Pskov region up to 590 million rubles in the form of a non-interest loan for completion of construction of the perinatal center in the capital of the region. The financial support should solve a problem of deficit of means in the budget of area and accelerate commissioning of the facility. The total cost of the perinatal center in Pskov is nearly 2.5 billion rubles.

As reported, the loan will have special-purpose character, the State budgetary institution of the region "Pskov perinatal center" will act as his receiver. Means will go for completion of construction and retrofitting of clinic in Pskov on 110 beds which is under construction within the federal program aimed at the development of network of the perinatal centers in regions of Russia.

As of September, 2017, construction of the facility is completed for more than 85%: in the building are put into operation of a water supply system, heating and the sewerage, installation of the ventilating and fire-prevention systems comes to the end. In October, 2017 it is going to complete equipment of an object the necessary medical equipment: in total over 1500 units of medical equipment will be delivered. According to the plan the center should be ready to commissioning within two months.

Object difficult, has architectural and construction features. Besides, there are problems connected with insufficient funding of separate work types. With respect thereto the decision on support to the regional authorities is made. The loan will allow to reduce a cash gap, to save the speed and terms of construction. An object should be put into operation not later than November of this year — we set such task for contractors" — the deputy CEO of State Corporation Rostec Nikolay Volobuyev commented on a situation.

As the contractor of project works on an object the Giprozdrav institute acts. Construction conducts JSC Engineering Center UES.
